Heiko Koch’s work focuses on, among other things, the areas the law governing distribution, the law governing commercial representation and insurance law, particularly the law governing remuneration of health care professions and hospital law.
Heiko Koch also specializes in labour law and has made a name for himself in particular in maritime labour law. In several companies, he played a major role in synchronizing international crew management with the requirements of the ILO Maritime Labor Convention 2006 (MLC 2006).
